DISCOVER LUV-THEY REALLY DO LOVE ME!

Yesterday I activated my new replacement card with the Beach picture.  I saw the Luv button, and thought what the heck-press it.  In doing so, I did hesitate because last CLI from Luv button was only 6 weeks ago.  I got the dreaded 2 day message-we will let you know.  I was nervous after that! I have had this card more than 20 years, so I calmed myself. Happily this morning I logged in they did bump me up. Another $4K.  I was so pleased! I do love Discover Card. I was nervous, it was too soon to hit the CLI button, but all ended well.  Now I have my pretty beach card with palm tree and ocean view, ready to do summer!

Nice job and congrats onthe increase!  Question about changing graphics on the Discover card... how often can you do it?  When you get appoved for the card initially do you get to select the original design you want, or do they send you a generic one and then you can choose to change it's color and/or graphic?

I don;t know about the initial card design. When I got mine 20 years it was a paper application and we only had one design for the card. Then maybe around 10 years ago or so they launched all of the different designs. You can see those online in Account Management. I have changed my design 3 times since they launched the different designs. I'm not sure how often they will let you do that.

Congrats, I've had my Discover for about 8 months. I was told I need to wait at least 1 year for a CLI.

There should be an option to pick which design you want when applying for the card. You should be able to request a different design after your original card is activated.

I have about three different designs for my discover card.
