Too close out her/our spree she tried the Dicover card......got the message of your application is pending further review.

She called in to only verify address and phone number and Bam $2500 approval.  What APR does Discover range from roughly, that's the only thing that wasn't disclosed after talking the CA.

So after all is said and done.

USAA Rate ad MC

All in all, 4 new accounts with a CL of $21,500

Not too bad for the heartache she went through in 2012.  Thanks to board for all your help and advice.

We are gonna garden for a year and try to kick in the Outright Amex door, not the co branded.

Congrats!

I think the website states 10.99-22.99% APR.  I just received my Discover IT yesterday and was "gifted" the lovely rate of 22.99%.  That's with a CS pull of 758 I think.  Not sure where they come up with their APR decision, but I'm doubting you'll be successful in guessing it before the card arrives.
