Delayed posting - I apped for theses on Dec 4th, but only just now getting around to posting.
I've been wanting to get the Bank of America Premium Rewards Elite mainly to try to achieve the mythical "triple dip" with its annual credits. I was approved for $20k at 24.49%! They pulled Experian at 758.
I've since used up the $300 airline incidental credits with $100 United travel bank and $100 American Airlines gift cards and the $150 lifestyle credit through a Gribhub order and some Uber Eats balance reloads. I plan to do the same in January once the meters reset to reach double dip. Then hopefully I'll manage the triple dip come Jan 2026. 😁
Next was the PSECU Classic which I've been wanting as a "just in case" for their annual low balance transfer offers. They decided to dnalge a carrot this time by offering $200 after spending $1,000. I snagged $20k at 12.49%! This is now my lowest non promo APR!
Third was the Navy Federal Flagship, after hearing they have a $300 new member bonus on their cards in addition to the regular signup bonus. I'm eligible through my grandfather. I got $7,100 at 18%. They pulled Transunion at 770. I actually would have preferred an even $7k instead but I guess they decided to like me just a little more than that. Apparently it grows quickly though.
Denials:
Barclay's AA card - too many new accounts even after calling reconsideration.
Citi Premier - same😢
I was previously 0/6, 4/12 and 7/24 for new accounts.
