Your file is better then mine and I have got two instant approvals being less baddies, granted I have other factors that probably got me instant approved on both..  My score was higher than yours on the first one though, but not by much now at the 700's with some baddies stil..  Anyways 650 is welll within the acceptable range.

I would try once or twice more on the 24x7 number tonight and if not approved then try again tomorrow on the other line a few times and hopefully you will get a UW that will approve you.. Assume you are going for just the Rewards MC?

Keep in mind many can say no, but it only takes one to see your points and give you a chance to say yes.  So worth multiple attempts

LOL sad thing he is kinda joking and kinda not...  Recon your initial SL when you get the card in hand .. Have 30 days to do it on the same HP..  Not to 10k though.. Maybe 1.5 or 2k ?

They will typically match your highest limit card.. Ask them to match you QS at 1500 when you get the card.  Just my opinion
