Been curious about that as well.

Been trying Amex's pre qual page since January with no luck on getting any offers.  Everytime i would check I would get the "sorry we dont have any available offers for you but you may be interested in X cards"

Finally checked the first week of April and to my surprise when I tried the page again I got 4offers(small range APR's) for the Blue Cash Everyday, Blue Cash Preferred,  Delta Gold Skymiles & the Green charge card.

Checked again 2 weeks later(every day that week) and sure enough the same cards popped up on the prequal page and i bit the bullet and applied and was accecpted for Blue Cash Everyday & Delta Gold Skymiles 5 days later

How long did it take you to get your card? I'm waiting on mine and wondering if it's being expedited (as I've read as standard), or if it will really take 7 - 10 business days.
