Thanks! You have a very impressive line up of limits.
@B335is wrote:Delta and Amex extended the bonus offer on this card another month. It is 50k miles + 15k MQM after $1k spend. $200 statement credit after 1st purchase from Delta and year 1 AF waived. I wasn't sure I would be eligible since I've already had the Delta Gold (closed out 60 days ago).
Called in and was approved. Limit $1,100 LOL! I kind of laughed and told the CSR good thing the AF was waived because I'd blow my util out of the water. Anyways, I had it coming, I have many new accts and Amex has been at this game awhile. This should also help my AAoA which has dropped to around 2 years. MSD 1998 baby!
How in the h*ll did you get the AF waived?

I have no idea. The CSR also said $200 statement credit (T&C says $100) with first purchase from Delta. I'll let you know what actually happens.

What a crock... I get hit out of the gate with the AF, and now they're waiving... Ugh

If you don't mind my asking, what are your scores and what bureau did they pull?
Current Score: EX: 718, EQ: 715, TU: 720congrats

I don't mean to be a bearer of potential bad news and a congratulations is in order nonetheless but as far as I know, no bonus is awarded to anyone who has had a personal delta amex within 365 days. You could get a business delta amex and receive a bonus but per deltapoints and many travel blogs I am distinctly under the impression that your account would not be bonus eligible. Any chance you can confirm when you meet spend?
Congrats. I was approved the Delta Gold myself 2 days ago.
