I must be missing something because I don't see why this card justifies a $300 annual fee? Or even the $95 annual fee for the Premier version.

It looks like 3X points on grocery, gas, and drugstores that are redeemable with partner programs.  I assume that means the points will transfer the same way UR points do.  Also no FTF. 

It's not worth another AF to me, but I suppose I can understand the appeal.
