I applied November 2017 was approved 7,300. I never had an HP show on any report. Currently at 13,000. I did check the prequalify from discover home page and was provided several card match choices before I applied, I went with cash back card. Thought it was strang no HP, I had been using the free credit score card for at least a year prior so maybe they just used that info. If a HP didn’t show after the first months reporting on the card I doubt any will. I’m over a year with the card and received increase without any HP. Seems to be a few I see now and then who didn’t get an HP but don’t know why
