I applied for the IT on the 22nd, and I was instantly approved for $3800. I live in Louisiana and they pulled Experian. My FICO score was 795. I called to activate my card and inquire about a CLI, and I was shot down. She told me to wait until March. Oh well!!

March isn't that far you'll be fine

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?

Congrats! Limit is not bad to start as I am sure yours will grow.....not like mine after 1 year still at starting limit with no changes...LOL

Congrats on your Credit Approval. IF you don't mind, what is your available credit and income (rough estimate)? I was checking because Discover approved me for 5500 and I think available credit may have something to do with it

Efranklin: I don't think my limits not my income had a hand in my approval. I think it was already decided to for be due to it being tied to the invitation that was sent to me in the mail.
