I found discover cli options to be quite weird if i call past midnight theres no option for CLI on phone. If i call in the middle of the day there is option for CLI, but they always need more information :-(, which usually mean an HP cli.

Same here, no phone or online CLI options. I don't want the HP right now...so I am waiting. Oh well.....
