So I called in last week to Discover to ask about CLI's. When I got intouch with there analyst department I had asked about how soon I could get a CLI since I had read online that many people get them after 61 days, yet I kept getting declined for "not enough experience with current line". The rep said it was all very circumstantial, I explained that the discover card limit was my lowest credit line by far and generally I dont keep cards under 10k. She looked at my account and came back on the phone and said that the first date that my account may be eilgable was 7/4. So I waited and today I applied for an increase. For once I did not get the auto decline but I got a 2 day message. I have heard that this is a good sign for an increase. I can't wait to see what it comes back as.
Current Credit line: $3000
Current spend: $5500
Opened card: 4/4/2016
Current Transunion Fico from Discover: 669
Congratulations!

Good Luck it's not a bad sign sometimes if you log out and log back in, any increase would already show if it processed quickly.

lol...
Hopefully we will see a CLI posted in this thread soon...if not, the thread will be moved, since there hasnt actually been an approval of any kind nor a cli ....yet. But throwing in a "good luck" for good measure. ![]()
2 days message usually is a good indication of an approval.... let us know the results.
