Hey guys!

Finally got my first CLI from Disco today. Started with a 1,400 limit at the tail end of last year while still in the middle of the war of rebuilding. Finally at the point where everything is naturally rising on its own and got $300 today. Decided I would take a shot and call the number and as if there was anything else they could do. CSR was very friendly and gave me another $700. So $1000 overall and up to $2,400!

Wouldnt be possible without all the great people on this board!

I'm curious what you said to the CSR. Did you say you were already approved for a CLI or did you just ask for one without saying you already received one?

Just told him I was approved for a CLI a short while ago and that I was hoping it would have been higher to bring the Disco more in line with my other cards. He looked up my account said he saw the CLI request and saw the system gave me 300. Said he was going to check if he could adjust it and about 15 seconds later let me know about the extra 700. Call took less then 3 minutes.

Waiting on mine.....Had my Discover IT Secured go unsecured but they shot me down on an initial CLI request because of "INSUFFICIENT TIME WITH CURRENT CREDIT LIMIT"

Waiting until the 1st of the year to pull the trigger again and just keeping that sucker at a zero balance.
