469 was at the lowest of times for us financially. I had a long string of 120dpd on a student loan that iPIF back in 2015, as I was regrouping financially. After that, I never went a day late on ANYTHING! I shielded DW from as much of it as I could, so her credit never really tanked—upper 600s at the worst of it. So we were still able to function from a credit standpoint. I keep my utility really low on my credit cards (1-2%), PIF every month and don’t pay a penny in interest on CCs. The rest is allowing time to work it’s magic. I was forced into the garden for four or five years, so now I only leave the garden when it’s planned (unless something really enticing comes along).
