Discover IT CLI Phone Method

Last week I did the old phone in CLI attempt and when the robot said to please hold they needed more info... I hung up.  My last conversation with a CSR resulted in HP and no CLI.  But now tonight I log in and see I got a whopping 1K increase to 2.2K.  I guess the phone trick does work... but in my case kinda delayed.

No HPs showing on my reports yet.
