I applied for the Discover it Miles card today. They pulled Experian which was 719 with 4 scorable inquiries, 2 will fall off this month but I didn't want to wait another month to apply.
I was approved with a $9,500 credit limit. I was shocked since my other limits are low, but I do have a squeaky clean profile and a year of revolving history! Now I will take advantage of the 3% cashback for a year then PC it to the 5% version after the year is up.

Thank you guys! I think I would've hit $10k if I had waited 1 more month but I didn't have the patience! Lol It's ok I will put all my spend on it and hit my first $10k card goal. My mouth literally dropped when I saw the limit I wasn't even surprised to get approved.

Thanks for the last minute tip in my discover thread! I was about to apply for the 5% cashback but because of you I did the math and will make $250+ more with the flat rate 3% spend than I would with the rotating categories! It was a no brainer!
