All my new accts from spree2.0 haven't shown on my credit yet and Discover's pre-approval had me, well, pre-approved... so I figured I'd bring a few more cards into the garden with me 
Applied for a couple Amex cards we'll see how those end up. For now, Disco approved me. Low limit compared to other cards I have but hopefully reconsideration can bump it up a bit. Got 2k SL to play with the rotating 5% quarterly categories. I'm hoping this card isn't tagged as a starter card and I see some of the awesome growth from it as I've seen on other people's card. Love that double cash back in the first year! 10% is awesome even if it's only up to $1,500/ quarter.
If this luck keeps up I just might catch up with CreditAddict one day ^_^
Congrats on the Disco! It has been 6 months since I recieved my Disco card with an initial 2K SL. It seems that about every 3 months that discover will automatically up your SL. So far I am at 4K SL and yes, the cash back along with end of year cash back matching. Also, good luck with the AMEX card applications. Yesterday, I applied for the PRG and Blue Everyday Cash Card and was instantly approved. This is my real first spree and I think it's time to sit back and do some gardening

Just a note, Discover does not auto increase everyone's account every couple months. Only a select few actually receive auto luv. Most need to actually request it, mostly via sp method but still
