1 year mark with discover just hit a few weeks ago so you know I had to hit the pre qualify link to see if discover wanted to show ya boy some love. Surely ain’t showing it via any credit limit increases on my secured card. I opened that card with a $300 deposit and it graduated on the 7th or 8th month with a refund and auto increase to $1000. No increase since and trust me I’ve tried lol

Showed discover It and the chrome — already got the chrome so I went with the it card with the 5% rotating. Boom $5000 starting limit... complete shock... it’s my highest limit card now (besides my Amex which went as high at 8k at one point dunno the hidden limit on that card)

I went from $300 secured card to a $5000 starting limit in 1 year. All thanks to this forum — learned so much this year on my credit rebuild journey it’s awesome.
