I called and was denied cli. They will mail the reason. Perhaps its because my dti ratio is too high and too many new accounts/inquiries and I still have old baddies that I paid but still have to wait to fall off.. Still nice to get a check when I least expect it

Awesome! Congrats! How long did you have the secured discover and what was your usage? I snagged the secure IT in july and have been using it pretty consitently especially online through shopdiscover and discover deals.
