Happy to report that after my 7th statement Discover unsecured my account gave me a CLI from $400 to $1800. How long should I wait before asking for another CLI? I was thinking 6 months, but also unsure if opening another CC would impact that?

With Discover it's no big deal to ask for a CLI online, it's always soft pull. No one's going to hold it against you if you apply too soon or too often.
Apply whenever you feel like it.
They are very unpredictable. Sometimes they'll hold off on giving you CLI's for a year, sometimes they'll give you 2 in 2 months. You just never know with them. Just like you never know what will inspire them to grant, rather than deny a CLI.
