Decided since I've closed on my house and it's out of the way, I figured I'd try for the Discover card I've been wanting. So I apped for the It card, and while I was denied, they counteroffered with a $1200 regular Discover card. Yay for me. Decided to try for the Chase Freedom based on prequal and was approved for a $3500 limit. And I asked for an increase on my Cap1 Visa Plat since it's been just over 6 months since my last increase and was instantly approved for a $750 increase from $400 to $1150. Current scores are in my signature.

Well, back to the garden I go.

Yeah I actually just called Discover, and I did in fact get the cash back Discover It, and she said the counteroffer was just a slightly higher APR. I just a misunderstood when I read the approval. I probably shouldn't apply for credit at 3 am anymore.
