I have been one of those people who hit the luv button with Discover and get nothing
I have been an excellent customer and don't know why they don't like me.
Today I received an e-mail about an increase on my Discover card and asked me to call them to accept it. I called and talked with a nice rep. He said they wanted to give me an increase in my cl but had a question about my mortgage. Easy question to answer and he said "ahhh, this makes sense now." Said congrats we are increasing you from $4200 to $5000. Yea me! He told me they value me as a customer and asked if I had any questions about 5% categories etc. I have always been a fan of Discovers customer service.
I hope the luv button will start working for me like everyone else.
Give it about 2 to 3 weeks and hit that luv button! CONGRATS!!!
