I was approved for Amex green in August thanks. This is actually the card that i was trying to balance transfer from lol.

Your in with Discover now. Very likely you will receive or can request credit limit adjustments as you establish your relationship. Also, as was mentioned, Discover does allow for Apr reductions so lot's going for you ... need a little time.
