Ducks CLI

Thank you to @Anonymous  and due to his approval, decided to call back.

I called and tried the SP offer on June 10th.  They told me I qualified for a CLI but it would be a HP and that they don't do SP increases.  Well we have a forum full of DP that say otherwise.  So I got on the phone with Walther, the CSR.  I simply said I was calling to see if I had any SP offers for my account.  He asked me my housing info and annual salary.  He said yes, I can offer you 5k.  Do you accept?  Sure do.  He said it was available immediately.

Re: Ducks CLI

@Anonymous ... nice job sticking with it and getting a healthy $5,000 CLI ... ! Doubt there was even a soft pull (mine was already sitting and begging for me to call in). Enjoy your new higher spending. Over the years I have had good luck with FNBO and CLIs! Smiley Happy

Re: Ducks CLI

That’s what’s up! Congratulations! Nice!!

You were maybe a few days early. You need to wait 4 months and AFTER the statement cuts. Thanks to @SarahJo for schooling me!

Re: Ducks CLI

A big cli is OK with a HP but a big cli with a SP is A-OK!

Congrats on your approval!

Re: Ducks CLI

That’s absolutely crazy then. I know for the first one it’s supposed to be six months and then four months after each additional one.

It’s good to know that that rule does not always hold true. It’s good to know waiting a little longer can result in a SP CLI!

Congratulations! Your perseverance (I don’t wanna say resilience that’s a bad word around here 😉), paid off. I’m glad you tried again and got it! And I’m glad I was able to give you some motivation!
