had my express card for over 2 years. rarely used it. took me 2 tries to get a CLI within the last few weeks because they just coulnd't get it right. finally logged into my account and my cli went from $250 to $500. i guess i can finally buy an outfit!! 
CONGRATS! The luv button on my Express account works every 3 mths like magic. I get $300 each CLI approval. Give it a try every 3 mths!

yea i called and spoke with a rep. they said someone would call me back. never got a call and then they sent a letter saying they couldn't get a hold of me to verify information. LOL i have my cell number on everything and i carry my phone everywhere i go. i never miss a call. im just glad they finally got it right. LOL i'll try to luv button in a few months
