It's unclear what happened here -- auto CLI ("Penfed hit me") or did you request and get a SP CLI?

From the image (Line Increase Application) it appears OP requested it...  I assumed it was a HP because a SP would have been kinda magical - so, IMO, noteworthy ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.

I read it as a SP but your explanation makes more sense. I think I would have taken 2 HPs for a $19K CLI. This is pretty amazing.
