yizza: If it is a true preapproval, it will say that you are showing you "preapproved offers", not "recommended", unfortunately.

I believe Amex generally does use FICO08, and yes, they generally pull EX. My EX FICO is 677. What are the baddies that are contributing to your score and how recent are they?

I think they offered me the 15, however I'm not sure to be honest.
