I've FINALLY got my in with PenFed All it took was a Checking, Savings, & Thrift line to get approval on the Promise! Pretty happy with the starting line - not the best - but not my worst. $3500 & 16.99%.

NOW - when do I apply for the PLOC?

Congrats on the promise... Just mine about 3 weeks ago as well.. The PLOC is a whole different beast with regards to UW.  I was instant declined lol..  Will try again in a yaer when I have all my banking with them and some history with them!

Might be able to get a second card though. I got my Amex approved for $11k, then apped for the Visa Plat Rewards and got approved for $7k.

Sorry to hear ... Amazing thing I applied on the phone for overdraft aka thrifty line of credit and went into review!!! Hopefully this isn't a denial after my recent 7500k promise approval which also went into review and eventually approved and hopefully it will remain the same HP!  Also does that show up on your CR as well being the 500 if approved or not?  I will be shaking head in shame if I get turned down for the thrifty line of credit. I asked them if I could just link my promise to checking and the answer was no.. US Bank allowed me to do this. In proccess of moving from US Bank to Penfed just did 1% of my Direct deposit this last week to penfed and worked fine now going to give them 95% of it next check..
