FNBO APR reduced

Another Successful APR reduction on my FNBO Amex card, I got it down to 14.99%, it is lower than the lowest APR they offer for the card which shows 15.99% on the website.

Since i'm trying to garden, and the only thing that keeps me away from apping is trying to have my APR reduced on all my cards. lol
