FNBO Approval DH

Good evening FICO friends! DH received an invitation from FNBO for American Savings a local Bank applied with invitation # and not instant approval it said will receive status in 30 days. I said (What)  But, in 2 hrs he got an email it was approved but no amount was given on CL he should receive Cc in 7-10 days got a balance transfer offer . DH score 850 with 

Update: CL $9700 no annual fee.  Introductory 0% APR  for purchases and balance  transfers till April 2022 balance transfer fee  is 3%
