Wow, amazing approval! Congrats! This should really open the door for larger approvals down the line. Just make sure to let a small balance post on one of your cards to squeeze out more FICO points.
Congrats on your sweet approval! 🥳
Grats on your fantastic SL out of a conservative bank ![]()
Yup its a new card, they frequently change up their card offers. In going over the terms of the account I see that they have juiced the APRs quite a bit over their usual offers especially considering short term rates are set at 0-.25%. As interest rates rise the rate of interest if one is carring a balance will be burdensome. Got to pay for that 2% somehow.
Wow! Congrats on a very impressive SL!

Congratulations on your FNBO Evergreen Cc. Awesome SL!
I actually have $106 of cc debt, so not quite zero but basically the same.
I hope this will make further approvals with higher limits at major cc companies more likely in the future.
How long should I wait before trying some of the other more prestigious cards?
Does anybody have an idea of the max SL for this card?
Congrats @Anonymous !
Thats a whopper SL from FNBO. I've noticed that every Q4 they tend to run a seasonal promo where they offer a new card for a couple months. FNBO is pretty active with updating their lineup, and they're great to work with. I have the legacy 2% card (complete rewards - it's really a 1% card but as long as I redeem the points via ACH, they double the cash back. I just drop it into my USAA account its always a 2% return). It's my only product with them and I've had zero issues

Hard to say. How long have you had the other cards? Depending on who the other lenders are, I'd try getting some CLI from them if they're SPs and continue gardening for the next 6-12 months. The next approval should be nice (just probably not 20k nice lol).
