Took a stab at the FNBO SP CLI attempt on my FordPass Visa card. Called the (800) 444-6220 number and talked to a rep that seemed to really enjoy his job or was an old school radio DJ in a past life! 
After answering some id, income, and housing questions, he announced that I could get a $3,000 CLI... bringing me to a new CL of $17,000! After my naughty applications spree the past 7 months and riding out some 0% balances, I'm honestly surprised I was approved for anything.
