Scores were between 725 and 750 at the time of approval. I don't remember specifically where I was. Pulled Experian

Sorry if this is a double post. The board ate my original response. 

I don't remember what my exact score was at the time of the application but it was between 725 and 750. They pulled Experian. 

DPs:

Utilization - 1%

Inq - 5/6, 5/12, 6/24

AAoA - 4y5m

AoOA - 7y10m

Lates - 0/6, 0/12, 1/24 (30 days)

No other baddies

 

They requested proof of income in the form of W2s, as well as a copy of my social security card and drivers license. They also did phone verification after receiving my documents and asked me to verify my address, mortgage information (bank and payment amount), and my income again.
