Go with the AMEX Business Marriott if same sub and spend. Since you are now 4/24, I would apply for business cards in the future since you are willing to go the business card route. They don't count against your 5/24 but you need to be under 5/24 to apply.
CIP in 3-6 month would be a good option as you can earn 80k UR. Once she gets her credit score up, perhaps refer her for a CIP and get 20k points.
