My partner has Fidelity Amex (it's our daily card) and the BofA Cash Signature or whatever and about 3 months ago maybe I request CLI on the cash card just because and got an instant counter of my request for $25k from $5k to $11900. I pretty much knew for the time being with the debt being carried (elsewhere) that he was at his limit with BofA right now because I had called and spoke to an underwriter after the $11,900 was approved to try to get the original request approved. (fidelity is at $25k)
she felt he had plenty of credit for how much debt.
anyway we have had fidelity for about 8 months now and have never requested and we are rounding out a few new cards and the car so I thought 1 more INQ what the heck and did CLI yesterday for Fideltiy from $25k to $50k.
I guess they really feel he is at the top but want to "try" their best to not have to flat out deny because I logged in just now and his credit line is:

$25,500.00
HAHA, I love Bank of America... I can't wait for us to get some of these balances down because I bet they will give us the $50k! (of course I want the debt gone too not just more credit lines
