Re: Fidelity Rewards Approval (13K SL) -- Seeking Reassurance

@tacosalpastor:

congratulations on your new card, Peter! The Fidelity card is a good card to get. I was just wondering if you meant that you hadn't opened another credit card in the last 60 days or if you had no credit cards at all prior to this card. That is a good SL for a new card opening with Fidelity. Enjoy.

Re: Fidelity Rewards Approval (13K SL) -- Seeking Reassurance

Hi friends

Card arrived. I've used it a couple times. It's also been declined on a few online purchases (including at the Apple Store). Any way to avoid the declines. Not huge amounts. I tried to buy a new keyboard.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Reply to @RealEstateGuy89 I've tended to overspend in the past. I was going through personal trauma so avoided cc use, and felt like I was in a better place, so could apply for a new card and use it responsibly. That's all.
