Fidelity® Rewards Visa Signature® Card APPROVED!!

I just got approved for this card, much lower SL than typical for me (3.0K), but I also did this on my way to the garden with considerable inquies.  My first exposure with Elan and vice versa.

Couple of questions:

+As soon as the card arrives, I'll put in a polite recon on the CL to see if I can get it bumped without HP ...all suggestions with Elan welcome.

+I thought all "Signature" cards must be at least CL 5K(?), so will my initial card not be Signature?  

(all my current "Signature" cards are well above 5K)

They seem very old-school wiht their application process etc.  How hard are they to set up auto-pay, smartphone apps etc? in other words how are their tools?

where do you find the link to apply for this card? Do you have to do business with Fidelity to be eligible to apply?

Is this similar to what BMO Harris is? exclusive to account holders only?

Not sure if there is an application link. I am a Fidelity customer and was invited to apply. You must also have an IRA account to deposit your rewards.

Not an instant approval. From what I hear...ELAN rarely if at all do instant approvals. Good luck!!
