I got approved for a 3500CL with a 646 TU Fico a couple of weeks ago. My oldest charge-off is six years, and oldest account in good standing is less than two years. Utilization stays between 5% and 30%. Before Chase, Barclay was my biggest CL at 2k which is almost a year old.
Surpsised to hear Chase is hard to get an account with. I have a checking/savings account at Regions, and with a healthy balance and they won't give me a card. I also use a credit union through my job, and they won't give me a CC.
