After months and months of trying, I finally got a rep from Capital One to email "someone important" about my situation. I had been stuck at $300 on my Quicksilver for a very long time, and kept getting denied an increase. I hadn't heard anything back from them, so i checked my account last night, and they had bumped me to $2000. I'm still not going to use it, considering it's 22.99% and I have 3 cards with 0% for all of next year. Just happy I finally got some love!

It seems like they're in the spirit of giving lately.
I contacted EO about bumping my $3,000 QS Visa to $6,000 and a VS upgrade and no word back yet. 10 days ago.

Vegan sorry for getting off track but where do you find the Harvard alumni card from Barclays Application? I thought you had to go through HUECU? What type of rewards does it have?

How do I get EO?Google Capital One EO or Capital One CEO email address.. Email them your info in and what you want from them and they will call you.

I think they stopped accepting new Applicants
The benefit is Low APR Below 8% never changed
And no Foreign Transaction Fee

to me Salle Mae looks a lot better right now
since my BoA Travel rewards and PenFed has no Foreign Transaction fees
