Wow that's terrible looking at your sigi... now I don't feel so bad that I can't get them to manually review me a higher CL then the computer will give me on a new cap1 card!

I also emailed the EO and after thinking that they just bumped my Platium card to the QS and no CLI, I just got a second follow up call from the EO office and was told that they couldn't do the $2500 that I was asking for but effective immediately I now have $1500 from the $750...I took it. So after 8 months with a credit steps card i now have a QS with the 1.5% cash back with a $1500 limit.
