Try calling the CS number, I did last week for a high limit, they told me no.

Congrats OP. You can try for a CLI, but they'll probably want your TU score at least 660 before they give you one--and I'm speaking from experience. Good luck.

I was approved at roughly the same timeframe as you after my discharge, also for $700.  That was about a year and a half ago and I have yet to get a CLI.  My TU score is just shy of 680 right now, but they won't budge.  Good luck you to and congrats.
