Hello, I am happy to announce that I have in my hand a credit card from First Savings (out of Sioux Falls, SD) for $1,500. The annual fee is $49. They pulled my TransUnion credit, and my TU FICO score was 678. (My Experian FICO is 653). First Savings is not an elite card, but it is by invitation only, which I received in the mail. I was expecting a $400 credit limit, so $1,500 is very nice. This is my 2nd unsecured card, the other one is CreditOne Amex with a $400 limit.
Now I am going to go garden for the next 5 months. My next dream card is Capital One Platinum. They tell me I am pre-approved, but I was denied last June and they pulled from all 3 bureaus, so I will wait until those fall off in June 2021 to apply again.
I have 3 medical collections from Aug 2016, that will remain until 8/2023, so I am think I am about maxed out on my credit score until those fall off. They are too much to pay ($16,000) and I already challenged them but they were confirmed. So I am happy with my lot in life, and celebrate small victories as they happen.
Congratulations on your approval!
