Yes I can, however I rather spend that money in PIF my other better CC so I can have a better chance of getting CLI and then PIF that little ugly monster (Credit One) and go on with my life
Capital one will be hard to deal with and with other cards you have in your sig you dont need them
GE cards will get you higher in lending industrie.
I personaly have a bad experience with Capital one.If you decide to keep them though congrats

Congrats on the offer and more than congrats on saying no! You need to payoff that card and ditch it. Right now is the best time so that it is out of the way and you don't have to worry so much later about your AAoA. Yeah it will hurt your util a little but when you get CLI's it won't matter as much. Besides, what you spend on that card just for having it is better used for paying off the others! With proper use that Walmart card will increase and at some time convert to a Discover Card. Being in with GE at some point and having the PayPal account will probably mean a better chance of getting the PayPal Rewards MasterCard. Garden what you have for a while and it will do wonders for both your score and your limits. Trust me! Less than a year and a half ago all I had was the Merrick Card, 2 Capone Cards, and a Household Card. I later added the Bealls and Marathon, then when my baddies fell off I added Walmart, Belks, Marathon Visa, and Barclays. This year I added Chase, PayPal MC, Discover, and Compass. I waited about six months before I app'd for them. The only reason I did was because I got the preapproval for the Compass Card. I am now in Gardening mode since I have some really good cards and my total limits are more than I could ever use. Don't be a slave to credit, use it wisely and master it!
I always PIF so that I don't pay any interest. I look for bargains in clothes by shopping at sales times and from stores like TJ Maxx and at outlet malls. I don't feel to buy Del Monte when the Kroger Brand is just as good. I am the last one at the table to haggle over the bill because I have adjusted my spending to quality durable goods, not just fashionable things. My friends are always trying to figure out the check to make sure it gets divided properly, I at some point just take their money and pay the rest on a rewards card. If it all came out right that's fine, I still get the rewards, if not there is no point in trying to figure it out. I use the cards that have the best rewards and I have been for a while, even if it meant the low limit meant that I had to pay it off up to 5 times in a month. I pay for everything I can with a rewards card so that I can get the rewards and make my expenses cheaper. I have no problem with doing this as it means I have more money to actually spend. I got about $500 in rewards last year and I expect that I will do at least as well this year. I am making credit my slave not being a slave to it. I have figured it out that in about a year I should have at least a 750, if not an 800 FICO score.
Keep a goal in mind and remember that goal every time you go shopping. You might find yourself paying a few cents or a few dollars less for something just as good without a famous name, but in the end you will be much happier for doing so. I am not a miser by any means, but I am thrifty. Trust me! I did not buy an iPhone last year because everyone else was, I bought the Galaxy Tab 7.7 because it was better ranked and I have been very happy for doing so! It is both a Tablet and a Phone, so I get the best of both and didn't need to buy two devices. Get rid of that card! Make a few small minor habits on spending and pay for everything with the rewards card. If the Capone card is not a rewards card then when it is a year and a half old use the Executive Office route and get it product changed. You might be lucky at the year mark, but don't count on it. After they give you the rewards card then push them for a CLI too. Good Luck and focus, I know you can do it. You are already on the right path!
