Got an email invite today for a CLI on my Chase Freedom card for updating my income with a SP. Went from $3000 to $4500 instantly.
I've had the card since 4/2011 and gotten two CLI's since then. One in 1/2013 via HP from $1k to $2k and then another in 8/2013 that was auto CLI. Freedom used to be my Only card I used until February of this year when I started getting other cards with higher limits. Now it's just a 5% card and I don't come anywhere near maxing out a catagory in a quarter.
Congrats on the CLI! Think I need to update my income on the site, as well.
congrats

Thank you. I wasn't able to find a place to update my income until I got the email invite today. I was able to update it by using the link provided in the email. Hope you get one of these emails soon too!
Congrats!
Congrats!! Hopefully I get an email soon
Congrats! I would love a CLI for my Freedom! Next month will mark two years since i've had the card and it's still at the original limit. What's your profile like with Chase?
It seems they send soft CLI info through Email Invites...hopefully i won't just delete them before reading if they ever come Did your email come on an anniversary date? Was it mid-statement cycle or did it generate at the same time as a statement?

I have had my personal checking account with Chase since they took over Washington Mutual and they are my primary checking. I've had the Freedom since 4/2011, an Ink Cash Business card since 9/2013 and just got the chase Amazon visa 1/2014. The Ink business card is the only Signature Visa of the 3 with a $6.5k limit but I do have the best terms on them all.
The auto cli I got from them in August was out of the blue. However, it was one month after I got a new job and direct deposit into my Chase account. I don't know if that played a part or not. I was heavily using my Freedom card at the time.
All my Chase card statements cut on the 14th. So, I got this email one day after statement. I have hardly used this card since February. This month is one month past my 3 year anniversary for the Freedom card. I think this answered your questions.
Thank you everyone and good luck that you all get one of these emails soon too!
EDIT: I forgot to mention that the subject line for the email is "Get a hassle-free credit line increase" So, don't delete those!
