Future Chase CLI??

My second credit card was the Chase Freedom Unlimited, which, at the time, I was in school but not working. SL was about $1500, then Increased to $5500 and stayed there for about 3 years. However, when I logged on Chase today, I saw that my CL was raised to $11k!! My first card over $10k CL!

My question is: is it reasonable to expect a future CLI from my Chase Amazon ($3900) and Chase freedom ($3400)

If you're talking about Chase and auto CLI, no way to tell
You got auto increase probably due to low initial SL, income increase, and use of the card.
I dont think it's reasonable to expect increase on other cards, unless you're using them heavily. Even that would not guarantee it, nothing does, really
If you need increase due to heavy use, you should request it. There will be HPs.
If you're not using them, they may not be inclined to increase, either via HP or auto CLI

It is never reasonable to expect a CLI from Chase.

They sometimes give out auto-CLIs to people. Despite what posts you may read on this, there's no reliable pattern or method to their madness. If anything, your experience with the CFU CLIs will probably draw several posters asking for additional data points so they can continue their hunt for the elusive formula to Chase CLIs.

I have never received any CLI from Chase and I have had one of their cards for 4 yrs now, granted I only use it for the max percentage of awards and never more than a few hundred a month, its limit is 6K. Grats on your auto luv

I got one one a barely used Freedom after only 3 months. Crickets on CSP that used to see quite a bit of use.

Appreciate it! However, what’s odd is that I had SD the card for a couple months. Recently, however, my mom, who is an authorized user, has been using it a lot at Costco (~$300-$400/month). Could it be that heavy use Costco triggers Chase‘s auto-CLI 😂
