Yes, every 120 days should be safe, they are SPs.  To request the increase: text the Apple Card Support which will send you to a Goldman Sachs BOT.  You will answer the questions presented by the BOT.... It's pretty slick actually.  BOT will say that decisions will take anywhere from 10 minutes to a few days but usually you know within a minute.
