When I originally applied I got flat out denied then 3 weeks later they gave me a store card with 450. In fact your original posting was the reason I applied. I dont mind because it is one of my quadrillion comenity cards i put to good use.
Congrats! I also got an email on the 17th saying the same thing. Also never used the card. Last month I got quite a few emails from various accounts I havn't used yet with auto CLI's.
