Getting a CLI on my Fidelity AMEX

I am looking to get a CLI on my Fidelity AMEX. I have a 1.5k limit, which with FIA card services only allowing me to make 3 payments per statement, it really bothers me. I have a 6k Freedom, which I sometimes have to resort to. Anyways, I was wondering, should I request my CLI online, or over the phone? I just want to get this and maybe a CLI on my Discover card before I permanently go into the garden until I go to college (while im there too of course).

It really depends on your profile.  It will be a hp so if your CR's have gotten better since approvals give it a try

About 5 INQ's have dropped off since approval. BRB I will go ahead and give it a shot. This is my last step before really putting my foot down and staying in the garden.

You can only make 3 payments through the website, but if you have bill pay set up on your bank account, you can "push" payments to Fidelity, as many as you want.  This is a common way to overcome limits on issuers websites.

Just submit a CLI online asking for at least $10k... by tomorrow mid day you should be able to log in and see what they countered you if not the full amount.

I asked for 10k last night. Just checked my account, they brought my limit from $1,500 to $5,000. Success!
