Thanks for the info. I'm waiting until Sunday when 2 inquiries turn a year old to apply. I should be at 4/24, 3/24, 5/24 and 3/12, 2/12, 1/12.
2 inquiries are for 2 car refi.

Well I was instantly approved for thr Freedom Unlimited for $16,500 and was understandable very shocked at this so I wanted to at least come here and provide a data point that it is possible to get in with Chase with a bk reporting

I have 1 mortage refi, 2 car refi and 3 credit cards in the last 24 months. Was just making sure when I do a cold app for Chase next week I wont get an automatic denial. I have a Chase Checking account, I get no preapprovals to include Amazon. Amazon states they cant get my credit report even though its unlocked. Same with Wells Fargo. My Utlization is overall 1% on only one card. I did have a bankruptcy that has recently fallen off my credit over a month ago. Assumed thats why I was not preapproved when it was still reporting. As of now I have no baddies on my reports.
According to the Chase app i had no preapprovals. I went to the approvals website and entered my info. Was preapproved for 5 cards. Took a minute to decide between the flex and the preferred. Chose the flex since I'm not traveling yet. That will be my next card. Was approved for $13200. Lost 25 pts on the hard inquiry ouch.
