AMEX Blue cash preffered instant approval $4000 pulled ex 743

3 for 3 will join the garden club till 2019

before the approvals today my highest limit was CAP one $500 and USAA secured $250

scores last year ex589 tu580 eq591 today ex743 tu 739 eq 759
