HSN approval! Yay!!!

I am so excited!!! I just wanted to share my good news after learning so much from everyone here on myFico. I am up late tonight as usual, and watching HSN. I saw two rings that I wanted to buy on "flex pay". So I put the items in my cart, created an account, and then put in my billing information and then it took me to the payment screen. I wasn't completely thinking about the "approval pop up" because I tried for it last week, and it didn't work. I had the intention of paying with a new secured credit card so that it would start reporting, to help rebuild my credit. Well after I put my credit card information in, and hit submit, the HSN pop up came up.

I was so excited, that I almost clicked off of it. lol! I was approved for $2000.00. I couldn't believe it! I had a hard time getting approved for anything unsecured. Maybe later I can close out some of the secured cards and get my money back. Thanks so much to everyone!!! I am just over the moon right now. p.s. I also used the incognito window on google chrome, I don't know if that made a difference this time or not. I can go to sleep happy now!!! I am officially on my way,  plus I have two little sweet rings on the way too!

Re: HSN approval! Yay!!!

Thanks everyone for the Congrats! After a divorce many years ago,  and a medical set back,I thought I would never ever have decent credit again. Now I feel like I am on my way, and I really worked hard for this second chance. I plan on being so much smarter this time. I would tell anyone trying to repair their credit to come here. You guys give the best advice ever, and it's FREE!!! Thanks again!
